I advice to spend at least 10 hours a week. But the exact time depends on your work speed, focus, willing to face your fears and how fast you are implementing. A lot of my clients are working full-time or part-time in another job. We’ll work a lot on setting up your foundations at the beginning which is more time consuming, but once they’re done - they’re DONE.
